Customer care messages

With your consent, Solid Rock Financial Solutions LLC may send customer care texts from (717) 539-4298 in response to your questions, to coordinate appointments, or to provide information relevant to your relationship with us. This program does not cover promotional or marketing text messages.

Your choice

You may request texts through the optional checkbox on our contact form. Neither checkbox is selected by default. You may decline texts or leave both choices unchecked and still submit an inquiry or receive services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not give consent to text. Please provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.

Frequency, costs, and delivery

Message frequency varies depending on your questions, appointments, and relationship with us. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider about those charges. Delivery depends on your provider and device; messages may be delayed or not delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or ask for help

Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; customer care messages will then stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, call (717) 539-4298, or email joel@solidrockfinance.com. You may also contact us directly to withdraw consent or report a changed or reassigned number.

SMS privacy

We collect the contact information and message you submit, your texting preference, the date and time of submission, and the consent and disclosure wording displayed when you submit. We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage texting preferences, and maintain consent and compliance records. Our messaging providers may retain message contents and delivery or opt-out records as part of providing messaging and archiving services.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Access by service providers is limited to what is necessary to support our communications, hosting, archiving, and compliance functions; it does not authorize their independent marketing use. We may disclose information when legally required.

We restrict access to contact submissions and consent records to authorized personnel and service providers supporting these functions. We retain records as needed to document communications and consent and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or sensitive financial information through the contact form or text messages.
